Dylan Spina

Driven to Understand the intricacies of Nutrition and Fitness at the age of 15 after losing my grandfather to poor lifestyle choices, I quickly became enthralled with lifestyle improvement as I saw myself and others around me struggle alike.
Not knowing there was a profession around Nutrition, I answered the call and joined the United States Marine Corps where I was charged with helping out-of-shape Marines meet the rigorous standards set forth by the Marine Corps.
After being discharged as a Sergeant in 2016, I went to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and dietetics and work as a Personal Trainer at the renowned Iron Valley Barbell.
Certified as a Nutritionist through Precision Nutrition and as a Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Assocation. I decided to operate my own Health Coaching business, Dylan Spina Health Coaching, where I work full-time helping others break through similar and familiar barriers in health improvement.I have expereince in competing in Powerlifting, Strongman, Ironman Triathlon, and Ultra Marathons.
Allowing me the breadth of understanding to coach athletes to business professionals and everyone in-between.
